Welcome to Kensington, the neighborhood south of the Greenwood cemetery.

It’s Bangladeshi, Hispanic, and Hasidic.

This is mostly an immigrant area, with commerce tailored for the locals.

Try the taco truck at the little pedestrian intersection of Church Ave and Beverly Road. Or, try any of the Bangladeshi restaurants on Church or McDonald Ave, right off the station.

Once in a while, you’ll see a white family with a stroller.
